Louis Lunch

Louis Lunch is basically where the burger as we know it was invented. So it comes as no surprise I was like a kid in a kandi-store when we went there this september. They whip it up old skool stylee. Toast, patty, onion, tomato and cheese.

Historical landmark? Check.
Cool place & cool cook? Double-Check.
Vertically grilled patties in cast iron gas fueled Monsters from 1890's? Check
Wierd Birch Soda only locals truly understand the greatness of? Oh Yes.
Best Burger I've ever had? Not even close.

Oh, and if you go there, do ask for ketchup, I double dare you.

So when the team behind FTM got the green light to make the documentary videos of 60th birthday party happenings in Stockholm I kind of knew it would be good. But this is fucking awesome.
