The Jonas Brothers, neatly packaged in gant stuff.
I wonder when they will break big time in Europe, so far they've been kind of under the radar(?)
(Or I'm just way too old)

The dudes from Gossip girl in Gant shirts, same week as they're on the cover of details?
Not bad, not bad at all!

This is the first commercial micro wave oven, early 60's I think. Killer design.
Al Gore's speech yesterday was very passionate and interesting.
(And, they served a very nice shiraz..)

There was no hesitation what so ever. It's mine now, it had to be.
This is THE Sawtooth, the fade, the patina, the everything.
Whopee-doo, to say the least.
By the way, tonite I'm going to meet Al Gore, that's really weird, even for being me.
Note to self: Must be slightly tipsy before I say hello.
"I met Al Gore, drunk".
How many can say that? That's cooler than cool. Ice-cool, that's what it is.
(Or it's just my lousy relation to free champagne, I don't know)

Oh, and did I mention the Vintage Fila / Bjorn Borg collaboration sweaters that I bought as well? (Like 15 of them!)
And the Tennis shorts (Hamptons here I come!) from the same line, and the vintage Fisher Sunglasses..
All in original packing, mint condition...
I rule so hard it's silly.

(Will sell some of it, email me for more info)

Last weeks vacation in Alassio on the Italian Riviera ment sunshine, wine, great food and splendid company, it normally does.
What it does not normally mean is buying 22 pairs of vintage Nike sneakers from 1979.
I got a tip about this sportswear store where they "had some old stuff that you seem to like so much".
After rummaging through the shelves, the owner (72 years old) wanted to wash his hands and went back to the storage, I took a peak inside...and HOLY CRAP!!
There they where!!
Untouched for almost 30 years, stacked in a moldy corner, in their original boxes, never even laced up!!
I asked if I could take a look. "Yes of course, but they are very old"
Ah, the sweet sweet feeling of finding that gold at the end of the rainbow.
I might be the happiest vintage nerd in the world today.
